Introducing our new CBA4G8G, class A, high power density design which has enabled us to create 4.0 GHz to 8.0 GHz series of amplifiers offering up to 400 watts P1dB. These amplifiers are perfect for RF immunity testing and, when combined with the CBA4G series, offers a 0.8 to 8 GHz bandwidth, making them ideal for testing OEM requirements up to 7.125 GHz. They can also serve as a cost-effective 8 GHz frequency for existing 6 GHz installations.
The touchscreen color display provides immediate visual indication of forward and reverse power, as well as the current operating status of the amplifier. It also allows access to diagnostic information such as PSU current and heatsink temperature.
The fan speed adjusts based on the heatsink temperature to ensure minimal audio noise in the operating environment. Additionally, the built-in calibrated forward power coupler offers a quick and easy way to monitor forward power with any power meter. Input overdrive protection prevents damage to the input devices from accidental high input power.
The amplifier series comes with multiple remote interfaces as standard, including USB, GPIB, RS232, and Ethernet.
